Executive Marine Management (EMM) is a young aggressive company that is determined to raise the Bar in the Ship Service and offshore marine Industry in the Bahamas and the Caribbean. Our professional and highly qualified captains, divers, engineers and employees all share in the dream of making EMM an internationally recognized company providing excellent vessels and equipment along with the determination to be both safe and reliable. EMM's mantra is "ON TIME ALL THE TIME". We pride ourselves in bringing projects in on time and at or under budget.

EMM has grown from a small ship service company to a well established multifaceted company capable of adjusting and improvising to tackle the many diversified aspects of the ship service and marine industry.

EMM has worked with mega companies such as CAL DIVE INTERNATIONAL, rebuilding the Bahamas Oil Refining Company, (BORCO) new offshore oil terminal and installing 9 new sub-sea pipelines. EMM has also worked closely with JAN DE NUL, one of the largest dredging companies in the world, installing new sub sea pipelines for STAT Oil. EMM has now established Executive Marine Diving that provides a fully qualified ADC and IMCA certified hard hat dive team with our own 117 ft Dive Support Vessel, PELAGIC I and all certified equipment including the only hyperberic chamber in the Northern Bahamas. EMM has access to the latest equipment and technology to accomplish almost any task in the sub sea world.

EMM has also ventured out into another sector of the Ship Service and Marine industry providing the ONLY full service LIghtering or (Ship to Ship transfer) company in the Bahamas. EMM is licensed by the Bahamas Government to carry on lightering services and with our full complement of vessels and equipment along with our close affiliation with SPT, a leader in the lightening industry we have successfully completed numerous lightening exercises and are now full steam ahead in this industry.

EMM's core business has always been ship services and we pride ourselves in being the leader in Grand Bahama with 3 high speed launches and 24/7 service for all of our agents and customers needs. EMM always puts the customer first and likes to establish long-lasting relationship by providing excellent services and 24 hour access to EMM management to solve immediate problems.
